Sue's Pet Parlor guarantees the work will be completed to the customers satisfaction.  On average a groomer spends about 2.5 hours working on a pet.  After that time, the groomer knows an animal from its head to its paws.  A pet is released to the customer only after the best grooming standards have been applied.  However, if an owner is not happy with a cut, a bow or a bath, tell us.  We will do what it takes to correct the problem and make you and your pet happy.
